Millbury Savings Bank elects new corporators, trustee, officer
Adds first marketing and retail sales position in bank’s history.
MILLBURY, MASSACHUSETTS, June 4, 2007Millbury Savings Bank recently elected Julie A. Fitton, of Millbury, senior security specialist with The Hanover Insurance Group, to its Board of Trustees, and added two community business leaders to its Board of Corporators: Jenney L. Fields, of Sutton, president and senior consultant of the Sutton Technology Group, and Michael J. Keating, of Worcester, owner and president of Keating Enterprises, Inc. The bank also named Lynne P. Feiz, of Sutton, to the bank’s newly created position of marketing and retail sales officer.

Julie A. Fitton was elected a Millbury Savings Bank corporator in April 2004, and has now been elected to the bank’s Board of Trustees with a term expiring in 2010. In her position with Hanover Insurance, she is responsible for the Information Security Risk Management program throughout the organization, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. A resident of Millbury, Ms. Fitton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration from Assumption College. In addition, Karl L. Briel of Worcester and William H. Eklund of Sutton were re-elected as trustees with a one-year term; Joanne T. Jozefowski of Millbury was re-elected a trustee with a two-year term; and Robert G. Juneau and William C. Spang, both of Millbury, were re-elected as trustees with terms expiring in 2010.
Jenney L. Fields and Michael J. Keating were elected to the Board of Corporators, with terms expiring in 2017. As head of Sutton Technology Group, a firm specializing in design, implementation, and training for Microsoft-compatible applications, Ms. Fields consults with small businesses to provide information technology, Web site, and data management solutions. She is author of the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Optimization Guide, and frequently provides lectures and training on related topics. A resident of Sutton, Ms. Fields earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maine. Mr. Keating owns Keating Enterprises, Inc., a commercial lawn care and seasonal maintenance firm that has been in business in Worcester for 39 years. Most recently, his company was recognized for donating more than $100,000 in services to six city-owned properties, including its two war memorials and the Blackstone River Bikeway. Mr. Keating earned a Master of Liberal Arts from Clark University and a Bachelor of Science from Assumption College. Residing in Worcester, Mr. Keating is an active member of the community, having served as a director of the Worcester Public Library and as a commissioner and secretary of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. In addition, Eloise G. Ducharme of Millbury and Alan M. Tuttle of South Dennis were re-elected as corporators.
Lynne P. Feiz was named marketing and retail sales officer. In her new position, Ms. Feiz will oversee the bank’s marketing and retail sales efforts, including product development and promotion, advertising, communications, and charitable giving. Ms. Feiz comes to Millbury Savings Bank after eight years with Fidelity Investments in Marlboro, most recently as the director of marketing communications for Fidelity’s retirement services division, which provides specialized retirement and investment services for companies and tax-exempt organizations. Prior to that, Ms. Feiz was the manager of corporate and marketing communications for Fallon Community Health Plan in Worcester. A resident of Sutton, she received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in communications from Boston University. In addition, the following officers were recently re-elected: William J. Walsh, president; Robert J. Morton, executive vice president; Bonny M. Dattis and Richard R. Fiske, senior vice presidents; Francis A. Gatto and Kevin S. Higginbottom, vice presidents; Henry L. Folsom and Joanne Ryan, assistant vice presidents; Paul R. O’Connell, Jr., clerk of the corporation; Karl L. Briel, chairman of the board; Robin B. Boucher, information systems officer; John T. Peculis, commercial loan officer; and Lillian M. Stafinski, consumer loan officer.
